The most logical thinking system ever

I want to do a sight gag with a huge buildup to a realization that the protagonists must consult the most logical thinking system ever designed, for some reason. It turns out that this logical system is a couple of giggling girls. Proud or sexist main-characters react to what the really vapid kids tell them to do. The idea was stolen from the clerks cartoon, somewhat at least.

They easily understand a Matrix style world, where there is real and there is fake and there is a set point in which one starts and the other stops. But reality is not as simple as that plot line. There is no entry point. The real and the virtual are both embedded in the same set, like a pair of circles sharing a line but with one larger than the other. I should know, I made it. You're already inside and getting played by me. But I am a reasonable man; those who so choose to use our products can gain control over their lives, and even their worlds.
